The SCL500RMI1UC is a purpose-built short-depth UPS for environments where standard 2U rackmount units physically do not fit. The 1U chassis measures under 14 inches deep — designed for shallow wall-mount enclosures, micro data centers, branch office network closets, and any rack space where conventional UPS depths cause clearance problems.

Most server racks accommodate 30-inch deep UPS units. Network closets, wall-mount enclosures, and edge compute racks frequently do not. The SCL series solves this with a compressed chassis that delivers full Smart-UPS power quality (pure sine wave, AVR, LCD) in a depth that fits where standard UPS units cannot.
