The SRT3000RMXLA-NC is a double-conversion on-line UPS in the 3.0kVA class — the highest level of power protection APC offers in this size range. Unlike line-interactive UPS units that bypass utility power when it falls within acceptable bounds, the SRT continuously converts incoming AC to DC and back to AC through its inverter. The connected equipment never sees raw utility power and the transition to battery is instantaneous (zero milliseconds transfer time).
