The SMX1500RM2UCNCUS is a 1500VA / 1000W line-interactive UPS with a defining capability: support for up to 10 external battery packs. The Extended Runtime Architecture
Standard internal battery runtime sits in the minutes range under typical load. For data centers with reliable generator backup and 30-second transfer time, that is enough.
